Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Once your request is submitted, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn and in original condition
- It must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
You may handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature and characteristics — as you would in a physical store.
If the item shows signs of wear beyond this, we reserve the right to deduct a proportional amount from the refund.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Each Martius piece is crafted with intention.
Items that are:
- made-to-order
- custom-sized
- personalized (e.g. engraving)
are non-refundable, in accordance with EU consumer law.
These pieces are created specifically for you — and cannot be resold.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected:
- We will issue a refund within 14 days
- The refund includes the purchase price
We may withhold the refund until:
- the item has been received, or
- proof of return shipment has been provided
Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Return Shipping
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method
Martius is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Exchanges
We understand that choosing the perfect size or piece can take precision.
While refunds may not apply to custom items, we may offer:
