All orders are shipped via FedEx. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Each piece is carefully prepared and packaged. Orders are typically shipped within 5–7 business days.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We stand behind every piece we create. If, for any reason, you decide not to keep your item, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase.

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

✅ The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery

✅ The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

✅ The item must be returned in its original packaging

✅ Proof of purchase is required

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

Each Martius piece is crafted with intention. Some items are inherently personal and therefore cannot be returned:

❌ Custom-made or made-to-order pieces

❌ Engraved or personalized items

These exceptions are in accordance with EU regulations regarding goods made to the consumer’s specifications.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

✅ You are entitled to a replacement or full refund

✅ Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery

✅ Include clear photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

✅ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

✅ Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
